Shipping policy

All orders take up to 2 days to be processed and shipped out. When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

Delivery Time:

2-10 business days

We only ship within the United States

Shipping Cost: 

$5.99 for all orders $79.99 and under

Free Shipping on orders more than $80. Shipping is on us when you spend more than $80.

During busier periods and holidays, such as Thanksgiving or Christmas, these delivery times can be longer than usual. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Shipping Address Change:

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, email us (info@simplychicshop.com) with your new address so we can make the necessary changes. Unfortunately, we can not make any changes once the order has been shipped.  

Shipping Issues:

If a package is lost, damaged, or missing while in transit, contact us by email (info@simplychicshop.com) so we can look into the issue further. Once we have confirmed that your package has gone missing, we will replace it for free or issue a full refund. If your order has arrived damaged, let us know as soon as possible and we will provide you with a refund or replacement.
